Our Professional
Anto Lukenda is a Registered Massage Therapist (R.M.T.) having completed a provincially-legislated curriculum at the Alexandrian Institute of Massage therapy in Hamilton, Ontario in 1999. Upon registering with the CMTO, he established the My Health Touch clinic, and has been treating the Mississauga community for over 15 years. Expertise includes deep tissue work, chronic problems related to muscular injuries, trigger point therapy, and sports and relaxation massage.
Our Practice
Massage therapy is the manipulation of the soft tissue of the body to gain a therapeutic response. Soft tissue includes muscles, skin, and connective tissue, ligaments and membranes. Massage therapy provides an alternative health option to help alleviate the soft tissue discomfort associated with everyday and occupational stresses, muscular over-use and many chronic pain syndromes. It can also greatly reduce the development of pain and discomfort if employed early enough after an accident, trauma, or injury.
Our Clinic
Our clinic is located within a Chiropractic care clinic at the Credit Valley Medical Arts Centre, one block away from Credit Valley Hospital. Entry into the clinic is available from the outside of the building, by the south wing, facing Credit Valley Road.

Medical Coverage
While massage therapy treatments are not recognized under the Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP), many extended private health care plans do provide coverage. Since every plan is different, please check with your benefits coordinate or human resource manager for your plan details.
You may also require a note from your medical doctor for insurance coverage reimbursement. Only one medical note is required for the entire calendar or benefits year. In the case of massage for rehabilitation after a car accident, your motor vehicle accident insurance may also cover massage therapy.
